LONDON FOOD ARTISANS: KATH'S CAKES

In the lead up to London's Urban Food Fortnight, we thought that we would do a small retrospective of the food artisans, producers and artisans that we have met over the last two and a half years. Our first interview was with Kath Dickerson in May 2013, whom we stumbled upon at her pop-up in Brixton.
