Every year we say the same thing, we miss our Mum’s BUT this year we discovered The Christmas Cake at London Borough Market. Made by three sisters - Pandora, Portia, and Scarlett, we think their cake laced with lashings of boozy booze, fruits so pickled they’re falling over themselves, and an abundance of Christmas cheer, is better than our Mum’s. So feast your eye on this fancy for the best of Christmas and a mighty conclusion to our 12 days of Christmas fare.
