It's August and I've been a little quiet of late focussing on some freelance writing and editing opportunities. (I have happily been writing my article for Remedy Quarterly (thus the photo above), launching a special edition of Food&_, as well as helping a London artisan with some PR and web content.) However, I will be back full speed next week as I put to bed my interview with Blackwood Cheeses - due out in August, and kick-up my forthcoming interview with La Grotta.
